We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  You must contact us within 5 business days of receiving your shipment.  Please take a photo of the defective item and email us the picture at support@jemacoboutique.com. Send your item to: Jema & Co., PO Box 4391, Queensbury, NY 12804
